This means computerized quilting done from one side of your quilt to the other and from top to bottom. No marking is done. We have a variety of pantograph designs to choose from.
How to prepare your quilt
Your top needs to be squared up and all loose threads trimmed and cleaned up
Pieced borders need to be stay-stitched close to the edge to keep seams from separating
We recommend you purchase your batting from us. We have Quilter's Dream 80/20 and Hobbs 100% Cotton at this time. If you provide your own batting, it must be at least 5 inches bigger than the quilt top on all sides.
Backing material must be at least 5 inches bigger than the quilt top on all four sides. Remove all selvages and press seams open on pieces backings.
$50.00 minimum charge - this includes squaring, ironing both quilt top and backing, new needle, and one thread color
$0.025 per square inch of quilt top size (length x width = square inches; square inches x $0.025 = estimated quilting cost
$10.00 per seam for backing preparation
$12.00 per side if extenders need to be added to backing to make it 5" larger than the top on all sides
$15.00 per seam if selvages need to be trimmed out of the seam
